My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and truly empowered to make the changes you want in your life. I take a warm, collaborative approach that is client-centered but also practical—I’m not just here to listen, but to help you develop real, effective tools for daily life.
I use evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT skills, trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy. I also incorporate meditative practices and psychoeducation about nutrition and exercise, because I believe mental health is deeply connected to the body and lifestyle. Together, we’ll focus on building insight, coping skills, and healthy habits that support lasting well-being.
I especially love working with adults, new moms/moms, college students, and teenagers who are looking for support in living a healthier, more empowered life.
